Killarney Serenity

Serenity Centre on St Anne's Road, Killarney, Co. Kerry opens the week with a lunchtime Alcoholics Anonymous meeting every Monday at midday. It is a members meeting, kept for people with a desire to stop drinking rather than an open session for family, friends or professionals. There is no charge and nothing to book, so anyone eligible can simply arrive before midday. Alongside the in-person meeting, there is also a video-call option for anyone unable to attend the room, admitted by the meeting's secretary. As with most Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, no one is required to speak, and sharing is entirely voluntary. This is one of thirteen weekly meetings Killarney Serenity runs at the centre, among the busiest AA venues in the town.
