We have visiting speakers on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month with a topic chosen on the other occasions. We always read today's just For Today reading. We have a 15 minute comfort break at 20:45 and the meeting ends at 21:45.
Just For Today is a Narcotics Anonymous meeting that gathers every Friday evening at 8pm in Northampton, held at the Church of Christ Christian Fellowship Centre on Shadowfax Drive. It runs for a good stretch, finishing around 9.45pm, with a 15-minute comfort break at 8.45pm so nobody has to sit through the whole thing without a breather. Each week opens with the day's Just For Today reading. Visiting speakers come along on the first and third Friday of the month, and a chosen topic guides the sharing on the other Fridays. This is an open meeting with children welcome, though no pets please. The venue has wheelchair access. Expect a mix of speaker, topic and shared discussion across the evening.
