The Format of the Meeting is Reading from the Basic Text and Sharing Back.
The Miracles Happen Group meets every Sunday afternoon at 1pm in Northampton, gathering on the ground floor of Spring House CGL/S2S on Billing Road. It's a Narcotics Anonymous meeting for anyone with a desire to stop using drugs, and it runs for one hour and forty-five minutes. The format is straightforward: members read from the NA Basic Text and then share back on what they've read, so there's structure to lean on if you're new and unsure what to expect. Being on the ground floor, the room is wheelchair accessible, and parking is available on site. Come as you are — you don't need to speak, and you can simply listen for as long as you like.
Who can come to this meeting?
This is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome — that includes people with a desire to stop using drugs, as well as family, friends and interested professionals. If you're not sure whether NA is for you, just come along and listen.
Do I need to book, and is there a cost?
No booking is needed and there's no charge to attend. NA is self-supporting through members' own contributions, so a basket is passed round, but you're never expected to give anything, especially on your first visit.
Is the venue accessible and is there parking?
Yes. The meeting is held on the ground floor of Spring House, so the room is wheelchair accessible, and parking is available on site at 39 Billing Road.
