Hemel Candlelit 12 Steps & 12 Traditions

Hemel Candlelit 12 Steps & 12 Traditions meets on Monday evenings at 7.30pm at St Barnabus Church in Queens Square, Hemel Hempstead, and runs for an hour and a half. The group works through AA's Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, and holds the meeting by candlelight, a quieter and more reflective style of gathering. It is an open meeting, welcoming anyone with a desire to stop drinking together with family members, friends and professionals who want to understand how AA works. The church is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost and no need to book or give your name; you can simply walk in shortly before the start. If Monday evenings suit you, it is a steady, unhurried way into the programme.
