Grays Keep It Simple

Grays Keep It Simple runs on Tuesday afternoons from 2pm for an hour and a half at the Forward Trust premises on Orsett Rd. As the name suggests, the group encourages a straightforward approach to recovery, keeping discussion accessible rather than overly complex. It is an open meeting, so family, friends and anyone with a general interest in the fellowship may attend alongside members. The venue has wheelchair access. Held at a treatment and recovery service rather than a church hall, the setting may feel especially familiar to members who have engaged with Forward Trust's wider services in the Grays area.
