Garston How It Works

Garston How It Works takes place every Tuesday at 7.30pm in Garston Park Church on Island Road, running for around an hour and a half. As the name suggests, it centres on working through the How It Works passage from the Big Book. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, including people supporting a friend or relative who wants to stop drinking, as well as professionals with an interest in AA. There is a chit system in place, so anyone needing a signed attendance slip for court, probation or treatment purposes can ask at the meeting. Wheelchair access at this venue has not been confirmed, so it is worth checking ahead if that is a concern. No booking or fee applies.
