Allerton

Al-Anon Allerton meets every Thursday at 7.30pm at Allerton United Reformed Church on Mather Avenue in south Liverpool. The group welcomes anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, whether the drinking is current or in the past. It's an open meeting, so no referral or introduction is needed, and there is no requirement to have any link to Alcoholics Anonymous. Members focus on sharing their own experience of living with someone else's drinking, offering mutual understanding rather than advice aimed at the drinker. Anyone in the Allerton area of Liverpool looking for a confidential, regular space to talk is welcome to attend.
