Galway City Primary Purpose

The Primary Purpose group also holds a Wednesday meeting at the COPE Centre in Mervue, starting slightly later than the Monday session at 6.45pm. It keeps to the same closed format, held for people who have a desire to stop drinking rather than open to the wider public. The venue on Walter Macken Place is shared with the group's other weekly meetings, so it should be familiar to anyone who has already attended on a Monday. Attendance is free and no booking is needed beforehand. As with the Monday meeting, wheelchair access at the COPE Centre has not been confirmed, so anyone with mobility needs is encouraged to check with the group in advance.
