Every Friday evening at 19:15, Narcotics Anonymous meets at the Methodist Church on Bishop Street in central Leicester, running for around an hour and three quarters. The format is straightforward: members read from the Just for Today book and then share back around the room. To get in, use the metal gate at the side of the church, which opens at 19:00; if it's locked, press the buzzer. This is a genuinely welcoming space for families. Children are welcome provided they're supervised and wearing headphones, and dogs are fine too as long as they're kept on a lead.
