The Format of the Meeting is the Just or Today Reading and Sharing Back.
Held in Farsi, this Narcotics Anonymous meeting brings together the Persian-speaking recovery community in Ancoats, Manchester. It runs every Monday from 7pm for an hour and a half at 20 Piercy St, M4 7HY. The format follows the Just For Today book: members read the daily reflection and then share back around the group, so there's a clear structure to each session. Newcomers and beginners are especially welcome, and parking is available at the venue. As a members-only meeting, it's kept for those with a desire to stop using drugs, giving people the space to speak openly in their own language. The wheelchair-accessible room makes it easier for more people to attend. Please note pets and children can't be brought along.
