Emotional Sobriety

Friday lunchtimes bring Emotional Sobriety to Hinde Street Methodist Church, an open meeting with an unusual structure in place of a single chair. Instead, the hour-long session moves through a cycle of emotions, taking in confusion, fear, anger, sadness, shame and acceptance in turn. Members, newcomers and visitors are all welcome to attend from half past twelve.
