About this meeting
Every Tuesday evening the Cumbernauld group of Al-Anon Family Groups meets at the Macauley Centre on Rannoch Court in Condorrat, starting at 8pm and running for a full two hours. Al-Anon is for people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking, covering partners, parents, adult children, siblings and friends alike, and the focus stays entirely on the person in the room rather than on the relative or friend who drinks. This is an open meeting, so newcomers, visitors and professionals can all attend alongside regular members without needing to identify as Al-Anon first. There is nothing to sign up for and no obligation to speak. The longer two-hour slot gives plenty of time for both structured sharing and quieter conversation afterwards.
