Colchester Morning Women’s Topic

Colchester Morning Women's Topic offers a Sunday morning space with a focus on women's experience of recovery. It meets at 10am at the Mount Zion Centre, 328A Ipswich Road, and runs for an hour and a quarter. Each week centres on a topic for discussion, and although the emphasis is on women, the meeting is registered as open, so attendance is not restricted and anyone may come along, including friends and family members. The Mount Zion Centre is wheelchair accessible. For women who find mixed evening meetings daunting, a daytime meeting with a female focus can be an easier first step into Alcoholics Anonymous. As with every AA meeting, there is no charge and no need to book.
