Colchester Lunch

Colchester Lunch is a Monday midday Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at the Cardinal Bourne Institute, 51 Priory Street, starting at 12.30pm and lasting an hour. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, whether you are worried about your own drinking, supporting someone else, or a professional wanting to understand how AA works. A lunchtime meeting like this suits people who cannot get to evening groups, and the one-hour format means you can realistically attend within a working lunch break. The Institute is wheelchair accessible. If Mondays do not work for you, a companion lunchtime meeting is held at the same venue on Tuesdays. There is no cost, no booking and no expectation to speak; listening is enough.
