Chryston Tuesday

Al-Anon Family Groups holds a weekly meeting in Chryston, gathering every Tuesday at 12 noon at Chryston Cultural Centre on Lyndsaybeg Road. Al-Anon exists for anyone troubled by someone else's drinking, past or present, with the focus staying on the member's own wellbeing rather than on the person who drinks, or on trying to change them. This meeting is open to all, so there is no barrier to walking in for the first time, whether alone or alongside someone else, and no obligation to say anything on a first visit. The meeting runs for about two hours, and there is no need to book or ring ahead - simply arrive and take a seat, even if it is your first time.
