Saturday's Cavan River Street Primary Purpose meeting runs at 1pm at 10 Waterside, River Street, Cavan town, offering a weekend daytime option distinct from the group's evening sessions during the week. This is a closed meeting for AA members and those with a desire to stop drinking. The Saturday lunchtime slot can suit members who want to attend before other weekend commitments, and it maintains the group's Primary Purpose focus on sobriety and carrying the message to others. Held at the same River Street venue used throughout the week, it gives the group near-daily coverage across Cavan town for anyone needing a meeting close to home.
