The Friday evening meeting of Cavan River Street Primary Purpose is held at 8pm at 10 Waterside, River Street, Cavan town, closing out the working week with the group's usual evening format. This is a closed meeting for AA members and those with a desire to stop drinking. Friday sessions can be a useful checkpoint before the weekend, and the group's Primary Purpose approach keeps the discussion grounded in staying sober and supporting others doing the same. The River Street venue is used for the group's meetings throughout the week, so regulars will find the same familiar room and format on a Friday as on any other evening.
