Caernarfon Big Book Study, known bilingually as Astudiaeth Llyfr Mawr Caernarfon, is a closed Cocaine Anonymous meeting held every Friday at 6pm in Porthi Dre, on St Helen's Road near the Travis Perkins builders merchants, and runs for about an hour. It is for people with a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances rather than open to the general public. The group works through the Big Book together, giving members a structured way to look at their recovery in depth. There is no cost to attend and no need to book.
