Brixton Lunchtime

Brixton Lunchtime meets on Wednesdays at 1pm in Trinity Congregational Church on St Matthews Road, an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting lasting an hour. It is a closed meeting, which means it is intended for people who have a desire to stop drinking rather than being open more widely, giving members a space to speak candidly among people with shared experience. A chit system is available here for anyone who needs an attendance slip signed for court, probation or treatment. The venue is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost to attend, though as a closed meeting it is worth checking with the group if you are unsure whether it is right for you rather than simply turning up to observe. There is no need to book in advance for those who do attend.
