No dogs (except Guide Dogs)
Bristol Young Persons meets on Sunday evenings at 7.30pm at Parkway Methodist Church, Conduit Place, St Werburghs, and gives younger people in recovery a meeting where the room skews their way. It is an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, so there is no age check and no restriction on who attends: family, friends and professionals are welcome alongside anyone with a desire to stop drinking, whatever their age. The meeting lasts an hour and the venue is wheelchair accessible. Dogs are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs. Sunday evening is a thoughtful slot, catching people at the end of the weekend when a meeting can matter most.
Is there an age limit for the young persons meeting?
No. The meeting is aimed at younger members but it is open, so anyone may attend regardless of age, including family and friends. Nobody is turned away.
Can I bring my dog?
