About this meeting
The Bridgend Al-Anon Family Group meets on the first and third Friday of the month at 6.30pm, at Bridgend ARC on Boulevard De Villenave D'Ornon in Bridgend. Al-Anon is for anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, and you do not need to bring that person with you. This is an open meeting, so newcomers can attend without any introduction, whether or not they are sure Al-Anon is right for them. The meeting runs for about an hour, finishing at around 7.30pm, and because it only takes place twice a month, it is worth checking the date falls on a first or third Friday before you set off.
