Saturday mornings in Bishop's Stortford bring an As Bill Sees It meeting to the United Reformed Church Hall on Water Lane, from 10.30am for an hour and a half. Readings from As Bill Sees It, a collection of short extracts from AA co-founder Bill W's writing, set the theme each week, and the generous length leaves room for plenty of shares. This is a closed meeting, meaning it is for people who have, or believe they may have, a desire to stop drinking; if you are wondering whether AA is for you, that counts, and you can come along and simply listen.
