Barry's Wednesday meeting takes place at eight o'clock in the evening at St David's Church on Winston Road, and also runs for a single hour, giving the town a midweek fixture alongside its Sunday meeting at The Pukka Warehouse. Winston Road sits within easy reach of Barry town centre, making the church a straightforward one to find for anyone new to the area. It's a closed AA meeting, for those with a desire to stop drinking rather than open to friends, family or professionals, following the Third Tradition. St David's Church has wheelchair access. There's no cost involved and nothing to book beforehand: people generally arrive shortly before eight and take a seat in the church ahead of the meeting starting.
