Yoxall Emotional Sobriety

Yoxall Emotional Sobriety meets on Saturday lunchtimes at 12.15pm in the John Paul Room, found at the rear of St Francis de Sales Catholic Church on Wood Lane in Yoxall, a village between Burton-on-Trent and Lichfield. Knowing to go around the back of the church helps on a first visit. The meeting lasts an hour and a half and takes emotional sobriety as its theme: the part of recovery that comes after putting down the drink. It is an open meeting, so anyone may attend, including family, friends and professionals alongside people with a desire to stop drinking. Wheelchair access has not been confirmed. It is free, unbooked, and you can listen without speaking.
