Every Thursday evening, Narcotics Anonymous meets at Hafan Wen on Watery Road in Wrexham, running from 7:30pm for around ninety minutes. This is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome to come along, whether you're there for yourself or supporting someone you care about. The format works well for people new to NA: expect a beginner and newcomer focus, a speaker sharing their experience, and time for members to share around the room. If you're arriving for the first time, there's no need to say much or do anything beyond turning up and listening. The venue offers wheelchair access. Please note this is not a suitable setting for children, so make arrangements before you come.
Can I come if I'm not sure I belong in NA yet?
Yes. This is an open meeting, so anyone can attend, including family, friends and anyone simply curious. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using drugs, and it's fine to come along, sit and listen while you work out whether NA is right for you.
