The Women's Online Meeting runs every Wednesday at 7pm, UK and Ireland time, giving women a midweek space within Adult Children of Alcoholics to talk about growing up with a parent's drinking or other family dysfunction and how it continues to shape adult life. There is no set topic or structure imposed each week, so sharing can follow wherever members need it to go, from present-day relationships to memories from childhood. It is an open meeting, so women exploring whether the ACA experience fits their own story are welcome alongside longer-standing members, and friends or professionals with an interest may also listen in without needing to speak.
