Wincanton Big Book Study

Wincanton Big Book Study meets on Friday evenings at 7pm in the Methodist Church Hall at 50 High Street, serving Wincanton, Bruton and the surrounding South Somerset villages. The hour is given over to reading and discussing the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous, the text that lays out the Twelve Step programme. It is a closed meeting, kept for people who have, or think they may have, a desire to stop drinking. The hall is wheelchair accessible, and the group operates a chit system, so a member can sign an attendance slip if you need evidence for court, probation or a treatment service. As with all AA meetings, it is free and there is no booking.
