About this meeting

On Tuesday evenings at 8pm, the West Heath group meets at St John Fisher RC Church at 1 Cofton Road, in the West Heath area of south Birmingham. This is a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, which means it is kept for people who have a desire to stop drinking, or who are starting to wonder; it is not aimed at family, friends or professionals, though a newcomer never needs an invitation. The meeting runs for an hour and a half, finishing about 9.30pm, and is free with no booking required. The church is wheelchair accessible. The same venue hosts a second West Heath meeting on Friday evenings, and there is a Friday lunchtime option at the nearby community centre.
