Venue Info: Go Through the Front Door and up the Stairs to the Top Floor. Meeting Room on the Right.
The We Do Recover group meets every Monday evening at The Bridge on Gold Street in central Northampton, gathering at 7:30pm for an hour and a quarter. This is a Narcotics Anonymous meeting, open to anyone interested in recovery, so alongside people with a desire to stop using drugs you'll find family members, friends and professionals welcome to sit in. The format is candlelight, which gives the room a calm, reflective feel. To find the meeting room, go through the front door and up the stairs to the top floor; the room is on the right. Please note the group asks that no pets are brought along. Attendance slips can be signed here if you need evidence for court, probation or treatment.
Can I come along if I'm not sure I have a problem yet?
Yes. This is an open NA meeting, so anyone is welcome, including people still deciding, family, friends and professionals. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using drugs.
Do I need to book or pay anything?
No booking is needed and there's no charge. Narcotics Anonymous is free to attend. A basket is passed for voluntary contributions to cover room hire and refreshments, but you never have to give anything.
Where exactly is the meeting held inside The Bridge?
Go through the front door and head up the stairs to the top floor. The meeting room is on the right. Note that the room is upstairs, so step-free access hasn't been confirmed.
