Upminster Unity

Upminster Unity meets on Sunday afternoons from 4pm for an hour and a half at St Lawrence Church on Corbets Tey Rd. As the name suggests, the group emphasises the shared, unifying nature of the fellowship, drawing members together in discussion rather than focusing on individual step work alone. It is an open meeting, welcoming family, friends and anyone with a general interest in Alcoholics Anonymous alongside members. The venue has wheelchair access. The Sunday afternoon slot offers a daytime alternative to the evening meetings running elsewhere across Upminster and the surrounding area.
