It follows the HOW format within Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous, a twelve-step fellowship for people with a desire to stop living out a pattern of sex and love addiction, and continues as an open meeting, so partners, family, friends, and professionals are welcome alongside members. There is no charge to attend and no need to register beforehand. The group is entirely run by its own members, and newcomers are not expected to share unless they choose to.
