Tuam Group

On Saturday evenings, Tuam Group holds another of its regular meetings at 8.30pm on Dublin Road, Tuam, Co. Galway. Like the group's other sessions, it is a members meeting for those with a desire to stop drinking, rather than an open meeting for supporters or professionals. It is free to attend and there is no need to book. For anyone who cannot make it to the room, the group can be asked to send a link to its online meeting by emailing [email protected] in advance. The format follows the familiar Alcoholics Anonymous pattern of a short reading followed by sharing, and no one has to speak if they would rather listen. Wheelchair accessibility has not been confirmed for the venue, so it is sensible to ask directly if this affects you.
