Tralee Friday Night

Every Friday evening at 7.30pm, St Brendan's Pastoral Centre on Upper Rock Street in Tralee hosts an Al-Anon Family Groups meeting. Al-Anon is for anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, regardless of whether that person is still drinking. The meeting is open, so newcomers can attend without having been before, and there is no need to bring the person whose drinking affected you, since the meeting is there for your own support. Over an hour and a half, members share how they cope and what has helped them. It is free to attend, with no booking needed.
