Totnes Tuesday Lunchtime

Held over lunchtime rather than in the evening, the Totnes group meets every Tuesday at 12.15pm on the first floor of Birdwood House on the High Street, and lasts about an hour. It belongs to Al-Anon Family Groups, which supports anyone whose life has been affected by someone else's drinking, whatever the exact relationship, from partners and parents to grown-up children, siblings and friends. As an open meeting, it welcomes newcomers and visitors as readily as long-standing members, and there is no requirement to speak or share unless you want to. The daytime slot suits people who cannot easily get to an evening meeting, whether because of work, caring responsibilities or simply preferring to deal with things during the day. Totnes and South Brent members both use this group.
