About this meeting

Every Sunday evening in the Torry area of Aberdeen, the Table Of Light group of Narcotics Anonymous meets at the Old Torry Community Centre on Abbey Place. The meeting starts at 19:00 and runs for around an hour, giving members a settled end to the weekend. Sessions combine literature study with sharing, so you'll spend part of the time reading from NA texts and part of it hearing from others about their experience. This is an open meeting, which means anyone is welcome to attend, whether you're new to recovery, coming back after time away, or supporting someone you care about. The venue has wheelchair access. There's no pressure to speak or share until you feel ready.
