Topic meeting, Exeter

The Exeter Topic meeting is an Adult Children of Alcoholics group held on Saturdays at 1.15pm at the Palace Gate Centre in Exeter. As the name suggests, each session tends to focus on a particular topic connected to growing up with a parent's drinking or other family dysfunction, using the twelve steps to work through the lasting effects rather than to stop a behaviour of one's own. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, whether or not they personally identify as an adult child of an alcoholic, including friends, relatives and those simply wanting to learn more. There is no cost to attend and nothing to book beforehand.
