The Thursday Online Meeting runs online every Thursday, starting at 8pm UK and Ireland time. It lasts an hour from start to finish. Formerly known as the Walthamstow meeting, it continues under a new name as an online-only session, open to CoDA members from anywhere. Co-Dependents Anonymous itself asks only that members have a desire for healthy and loving relationships, rather than anything tied to a specific substance or behaviour. It is an open session, so there is no requirement to be a long-standing member before attending.
