Thursday ACA Highbury meets at 6.45pm at the Highbury Roundhouse Youth & Community Centre in Islington. ACA is a Twelve Step, Twelve Tradition fellowship for people whose childhood involved a parent's drinking or other family dysfunction, built around healing from that experience rather than around stopping any behaviour of one's own. The meeting is open, so alongside those who identify as adult children, friends, relatives and professionals are equally welcome to sit in. There is no charge and nothing to arrange beforehand; newcomers are welcome to simply arrive and sit in.
