Venue Info: Please use the side entrance on Lord Street.Venue Policy - No Under 18's on Premises
This Narcotics Anonymous group meets every Thursday evening at 6:30pm in the portacabin at The ARC (Abstinence & Recovery Centre) in Cheetham, Manchester. Sessions run for an hour and a half and give people a steady midweek point to check in and hear from others in recovery. When you arrive, use the side entrance on Lord Street rather than the main door. As an open meeting, anyone is welcome to attend, including family members, friends and professionals who want to understand more about NA. Do note the venue policy: no under-18s are permitted on the premises. NA meetings follow a shared approach of members supporting one another to stay clean, and no one is asked to speak or share before they feel ready. Turning up is enough.
Who can come to this meeting?
This is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, including family, friends and professionals alongside people who have a desire to stop using drugs. Please note the venue does not allow under-18s on the premises.
Do I need to book, and is there a cost?
No booking is needed and there is no charge to attend. Just turn up on the Thursday. NA is self-supporting through members' own contributions, so a small collection is passed round, but you are never obliged to give anything, especially as a newcomer.
How do I get in when I arrive?
Use the side entrance on Lord Street rather than the main front door. The meeting is held in the portacabin at The ARC on Robert Street, Cheetham, M3 1EX.
