Thank God Its Northfield On Fridays

Every Friday at 7.30pm, Holloway Hall Community Centre in Northfield, Birmingham hosts this hour-long meeting, reached via the number 18 bus route. Go through the front door and take the first hall on the left. The format varies week by week between literature study and experience, strength and hope sharing, giving regulars and newcomers a mix of structured reading and open discussion. It is an open meeting welcoming anyone with an interest in recovery from drug use, whether or not they have a desire to stop using drugs themselves. The building is wheelchair accessible, and the group can sign attendance chits for anyone who needs their attendance confirmed for court, probation or treatment. Newcomers are actively encouraged to attend and ask questions.
