About this meeting
In Stroud, the Stroud Wednesday Al-Anon Family Group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7pm, at The Citadel (Salvation Army Building), Acre Street. The fellowship is for people affected by someone else's drinking rather than for the person who drinks, so partners, parents, adult children and friends all attend in their own right. Being an open meeting, it welcomes anyone who wants to attend, whether that is a newcomer, a returning member, or someone simply finding out more. The session lasts roughly an hour and a quarter and finishes near 8.15pm; nobody needs to sign in or give advance notice of attending.
