Stratford-Upon-Avon

On Saturday evenings at 8pm, Stratford-upon-Avon's Alcoholics Anonymous meeting is held at St Peter's Church on Manor Road, and it draws people from Shipston-on-Stour and the wider area as well as the town itself. The meeting is open, so whether you want to stop drinking, you are worried about someone else, or you work in a role where you meet people affected by alcohol, you are welcome to attend. It runs for an hour and a half and the church is wheelchair accessible. As with every AA meeting there is no charge, no register and no booking; people simply arrive, take a seat and listen or share as much or as little as they wish.
