Strabane Tuesday

Al-Anon Strabane Tuesday meets every Tuesday at 11am at the St Vincent de Paul charity shop on Barrack Street. As a weekday morning meeting, it offers an alternative for people who cannot easily attend in the evening. The group is for anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, and it's open to all of them regardless of whether the drinking is ongoing. No connection to Alcoholics Anonymous is required, and members are not expected to have attended Al-Anon before. Meetings give people in Strabane and the surrounding Co Tyrone area a confidential space to talk about their own experience and be understood.
