St Catherine’s Community Services Centre Monday Group

The St Catherine's Community Services Centre Monday Group is an Overeaters Anonymous meeting held every Monday at 6.30pm at St Catherine's Community Services Centre on St Joseph's Road in Carlow. It's a closed meeting, which in OA terms means it's for members - anyone with a desire to stop eating compulsively, whatever that looks like for them, whether that's overeating, under-eating or any other pattern around food. The meeting is conducted in English and follows OA's usual format of shared recovery experience rather than diet advice or weigh-ins. Like all OA meetings it is entirely free, with no registration, referral or payment required to attend; you simply come along. Being weekly, missing a Monday is never a problem, as the group meets again the following week at the same time and place.
