Southsea Monday Night

For anyone in Southsea whose life has been touched by a relative's or friend's drinking, Al-Anon Family Groups meets every Monday at 7.45pm at the Havelock Centre on Fawcett Road. It brings together people who share the experience of loving or living alongside someone who drinks, or once did, offering mutual support that belongs to them, not to the drinker, in complete confidence. As an open meeting, no one is turned away; newcomers, professionals and anyone curious about Al-Anon are all welcome to sit in, listen, and decide for themselves whether to come back. Sessions last about an hour and a quarter, and turning up is all that is required - no booking, no introduction, no cost, and no obligation to return.
