Built around the questions new people actually bring, Southend Newcomers Q&A Topic meets on Thursday lunchtimes at St Albans Church, 21 St Johns Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, from 1pm to 2.30pm. The question-and-answer format means you can ask about anything, how sponsorship works, what the steps involve, whether you really belong, and hear answers from people who once asked the same things. It is an open meeting, so you may bring a friend or family member with you, and professionals are welcome too. The church is wheelchair accessible.
