About this meeting
Every Saturday at 10am, the Parish Centre and Oratory at St Joseph's Church in Ballytivnan, Sligo, hosts an Al-Anon Family Groups meeting. Al-Anon is a fellowship for anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, whatever stage that person's drinking is at now. Being an open meeting, it welcomes newcomers without any need to have attended before, and there is no need to bring the person whose drinking affected you. Lasting an hour and a half, the group gives members space to share their own experience. It is free to attend, and there is no booking process.
