Formerly known as the Mayfair meeting, this SLAA HOW session now runs online every Monday at 8am, UK and Ireland time, for 45 minutes, a shorter format than most SLAA meetings, well suited to a morning slot before the working day starts. It follows the HOW format within Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous, a twelve-step fellowship for people with a desire to stop living out a pattern of sex and love addiction, and remains an open meeting, so partners, family, friends, and professionals are welcome alongside members. There is no cost to attend and no need to book a place in advance.
