About this meeting

Skibbereen Recovery Group meets early on Sunday mornings from 9am, with a Big Book study format that works through the core Alcoholics Anonymous text in detail. Meeting notes describe the address as Gortnaclory in Skibbereen, and the postcode places it firmly in West Cork. Attendance is restricted to members, meaning it is intended for people who have a desire to stop drinking rather than an open gathering for supporters or visitors. Starting the week with a Big Book session before 9am suits those who prefer a quiet, focused start to Sunday. Wheelchair access at the venue has not been confirmed, so anyone with mobility needs should make contact with the group in advance. There is no cost to attend and no requirement to book ahead.
