This is a women's Narcotics Anonymous meeting held every Monday evening in Sandhurst, running from 7.30pm for an hour and a half at St. Michael's Pastoral Centre on Lower Church Road. The format is a Just For Today book study, working through the daily readings together and sharing on the themes they raise. When you arrive, use the door on the left of the building to get in. Note that sat navs sometimes point to St Michael's Church, which sits to the right of the Pastoral Centre, so aim for the centre itself. There's a car park in front of the building. As a members-only women's meeting, it offers a quieter space for women in recovery to talk openly among themselves and get to know the fellowship.
Who can attend this meeting?
This is a closed women's meeting, which means it's for women who have a desire to stop using drugs. Closed simply refers to who attends, not the venue being shut. If you're a woman new to NA, you're welcome to come along.
Do I need to book or pay?
No. Like all NA meetings it's free to attend and there's no booking. There are no fees, though members may make a small voluntary contribution towards costs. Just turn up on the Monday.
How do I find the entrance and is there parking?
Entry is through the door on the left of the building. The car park is in front of the Pastoral Centre. Be aware that sat navs sometimes direct you to St Michael's Church on the right, so head for the Pastoral Centre itself. The meeting is in an upstairs room.
